Project Echoes - Celestia Content Rework

I finally decided to share my project here! This is a complete rework of our solar system in Celestia. See my journal for details, I won't rewrite here everything: fargetanik.deviantart.com/jour…

Waring: This is not a simple addon, you will need to backup and modify your Celestia installation. See readme fo details.

The attached file is the "base-package". It contains all data and med-resolution textures. I split the project up into 3 files, because it is nearly half a gigabyte!

I still work on this and guess I'll update it sometimes. My planned spacecraft are not yet included. Have fun! Please give me feedback, this is basicly the reason I'm here on DeviantArt! Report any errors or give some advices

Update December 2016:

Now this took me a long time, I'm sorry. But here is a huge update of my "Project Celestia Rework". Just take a look at the readme of the base package for details, or my journal entry. I solved a lot of problems, added new content and some spacecraft are now included! I also finally figured out how to create virtual textures, but only in png. So they still are not included, they are too huge!

Base-Package: All necessary data for this rework, including med-resolution models and textures. Download the attachement.
Textures-Hires: High-resolution textures (up to 8k).
Extras-Standard: Some extensions to the base package including more catalogues, alternate textures, high-res models and spacecraft.

June 2017:

I finally got a name for this : "Project Echoes". A more personal meaning than anything, but I also consider this rework an "echo" of Celestia (in an abstract way). I created a fitting thumbnai using my Celestia icon, processed to look more like Uranus. No more awkwardly descriptive name. Yay
